Re: Settings for hub

Note the Hub's menus and the Hubs WiFi have different passwords - from reading I'm unclear which is not working.

To trigger the factory reset it is important to press RESET for a full 60 seconds.

After that just leave the Hub to recover and it should revert to the using the TWO passwords on the stuck on label.

Re: Settings for hub

Hi @Morgan1979,

Welcome to our Community Forums! Thank you for your first post and we're sorry to hear that you're having some issues getting into your Hub settings.

Have you been able to follow what @Client62 advised and reset your Hub and then ensure that you're entering the Settings password that is written on the Hub label?

Are you still having issues accessing this? Let us know if there's anything else we can do to help.

Thanks! 🙂
