Service intermittent

Hi,

So my service keeps dropping from time to time. 

My hub is saying Partial Service - DS only

Post up the Upstream data and the network logs as well. But it looks like you have a "noise" problem thagt will require Tech visit to sort. Down channel 4 is suffering - a vast number of RS errors and low SNR - other channels not great either. Try resetting the counts to 0 and watching to see if the start reappearing - they shouldnt

So I had a splitter for when I also had Virgin TV. I've unplugged that and restarted the hub (as it had crashed)

Your upstream is on the limit of 51.  Ideally aiming at 45 return and around 0-2db forward.  Have a look from the hub to the wall isolator including the splitter, make sure all connections are clean and tight.  If there is a wideband attenuator fitted try removing it
