We have been experiencing frequent internet drop outs which subsequently affects our phone line as well. This has been happening over the past 6 weeks. An engineer was booked to attend as it appeared there was an ‘outage’ in the area, the problem is still occurring, when contacting virgin through the 150 number a recorded message states you are updating the network and our postcode will experience interruption.How long is this interruption going to continue as I’m paying for an inferior service at present?
