Service down

Service has recently come back after being down all day. 
It’s reportedly up yet I cannot connect through either wifi or Ethernet.  
I restarted hub5 but no change. 
Then reset hub but still no change.  

im at a loss what to do next.

Double check for ongoing local faults on 0800 561 0061. 

I'm not a Very Insightful Person (just a little bit, sometimes). I don't work for Virgin Media (but then nor do any of the offshore customer service agents).
