Service Disconnecting Regularly - No Ranging Response

Unfortunately I am constantly losing connection often during important meetings whether on ethernet or wifi. I do use my router in modem mode but have tried it as standalone and the problem persists. It's been going on for months now and as I work from home its disrupting my job kicking me off teams calls. I pay for a fast package but it seems to be less reliable since I upgraded. Any idea what could be the issue? A virgin team did dig up our road last week to repair something, it seemed better for a day then reverted to the same.

Router light is red.

messages in the log and also 
DHCP RENEW WARNING - Field invalid in response v4 option;CM-MAC=
today i can also see
RCS Partial Service;CM-MAC=
