Hi I’ve gone through all the processes and managed to have my first Wi-Fi hub sent out and set up. This is working fine, however as the engineer advised I’ll need another two to cover the rest of the house. I’m struggling as to how to get a second one ordered? The first one allowed me to trigger a chat where I submitted a Speedtest but I can’t seem to trigger that same process for the second hub?

You mean "Pod" not Hub.

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having trying to order second pod, I assume thats what you mean as you would not be allowed a second hub.
