Hello
I've inherited a second WiFi pod from a friend of a friend and wanted to connect it to my network. I've already got one and that runs absolutely fine. The second one just flashes white and has done for 24 hours now.
Am I able to connect it to my network? And if so how do I do it?
Thanks.

I believe that only VM can match a pod to your VM hub/wireless as part of your VM package.

Good luck on that one, think i read someone bought a pod off ebay and VM wouldnt add the pod to the customers networt. But hang round and wait for a mod to tell you the correct answer.

Thank you all. This makes perfect sense. I will go back to the person that I got the pod from!

Thanks for posting and thanks to all the community that answered, superb as always.
They are correct, Pods can't be swapped between people, so it would be best to return that Pod to your mate otherwise they'll be billed for it.
I'll send you a PM though to order another of your own though 🙂
Kind regards,

Thanks John. Will have a word with him and give it back. Surprised he's left Virgin to be honest as he's not going to find anything faster!
