Scorched plug.

Hello,having a nightmare contacting anyone at virgin.

My broadband is down because the part that has been installed to my wall which has its own power supply has blown,there are scorch marks on the underside of the plug.

My daughter has University exams this week ,all online because of covid and I can't get help from virgin phone number and none of the options cover this.
