Scanning different rooms

I can only connect to my box in the room where it is is situated. 
I am trying to scan other rooms to demonstrate this to Virgin so that I can get some help. But every time the scan just doesn’t connect and that’s it. 
how do I tell VM that the reason there is only a scan result for one room is not that I haven’t tried. I have tried all the rooms and none of them connect. We all have to use mobile data at home and I run a small business. Virgin please help. 



As a business it is normal to crack on and purchase a Wi-Fi solution to suit your needs.

Sorry to hear you are having issues when trying to use our Connect app to scan different rooms. We can understand the inconvenience caused and we want to do our best to help. How long has this issue been ongoing? What error message do you get when scanning the other rooms? Also, are you a business or residential account with us?
