Scanning Hub3

Each time I run a scan on my Hub 3 via the app it always says it has to do more technical stuff.

Is this normal as I can run test 3 or 4 times in succession and it still does it. Surely once the technical stuff has been done it should be fine.

My download speed is poor should be 100mb but past few days averages 50mb.

All checks say working fine.

Over wifi?

You need to speedtest when wired
