SUPERHUB 3 WIFI KEEPS DROPPING

Hi,

I installed a new Superhub 3.0 router that Virgin Media sent me to the existing 2 No.4dB waveband equalisers (8dB in total) that was installed to the incoming cable to the SuperHub 3.0 router i replaced. I been experiencing WIFI dropping on devices and when they do connect i get the no internet available message. Could the 8dB installed waveband equalisers be reason why WIFI keeps dropping, do I remove the waveband equalisers?

Any comments welcome.

Re: SUPERHUB 3 WIFI KEEPS DROPPING

I'm losing 2.4g on Wifi too. 5g is fine, but I never go a full day without losing 2.4g. I checked the analyser and they say that my neighbours are on the same channel frequency I am. I've now come off smart and gone manual, but nothing works.
