SS7 Area No Internet for 3 Days - Service Tracker Keeps Getting Delayed

The SS7 area has no had no wifi Since May 19th at 10am. I have friends in SS8 and SS15 who also have no internet access with Virgin Media.

The status tracker keeps getting delayed further and further. Can someone at Virgin give us a real update on what is going on? I don't mind if it's overly technical or not. I just want to know what's going on and what actually causes coming on 4 days without internet. Because the £8.40 a day compensation isn't remotely close to the losses this is causing for us at our home.

Please please please, what is going on!?
