SN3 6** broadband outage

Superhub 2 dropped out around 13:30 today. Kicked back in after 15mins. Dropped out again around 16:00. Now cannot connect, switched it off, no joy, reset and restarted, no joy. Turned off hub for 30mins, back on and no joy. Devices trying to connect say avoided poor internet. Tried 192.168.0.1, wont connect. Any help appreciated.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community.

 

I'm sorry you've been having problems with your broadband dropping out. 

 

I know it's been a while since you posted, so I'm hoping that this has since been resolved?

 

If not, and you've already tried a factory reset, then we may need to look at updating your hub.

 

Let us know how you're getting on and we'll see what we can do.
