well, not strictly speaking, but for ease of management, give it an address in the same range as your router (but critically, not the same address!!)
ideally you want to give it an address that the hub won't assign via DHCP.. you can check what that range is by having a look at the dhcp settings on the hub..
if, for example, the range on the hub is 192.168.0.100 - 192.168.0.200 then give the ruckus an address of, say, 192.168.0.250 with a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0 and a default gateway of 192.168.0.1 (though you may also choose to not bother letting the ruckus itself have internet access, in which case skip the default gateway part).
Alternatively, you could configure it to get an address via DHCP and it'll pick up an address from the hub..
