every week my WiFi goes down, inthinknitsxabout time us customers were compensated. I pay my bill every month without fail yet I'm not getting the service I'm paying for! ring up & your sent a text that us supposed to  help? Laughable. soon as contract is up I'm leaving 100%

Are you experiencing problems on wi-fi alone (a problem with the wi-fi signal in your home) or are wired connections to the hub affected too at the same time as wi-fi (a general problem with the broadband connection to your home)?
