Rubbish internet thinking of leaving

Wanted to get a Hub3 as we only have a Hub1 and very poor connection for the amount of money we pay each month. Was on the online messaging service yesterday and got put through to customer services after 10 minutes to order me the free upgrade and was on there waiting over 5 hours and nobody spoke to me. Tried to go on first thing this morning and everytime I try and message, it logs me out. I can't click on anything to upgrade or do anything without it saying oops something went wrong on the virgin media site so is absolutely useless. Thinking of going to BT or another internet provider if it's the same today. I get there will be a long waiting time with what is going on at the minute but I feel like I'm going to be spending my day just on hold again.

Tried ringing today. Was hardly waiting any time at all and when they answered they was very helpful and should be receiving my new hub on Saturday. 😁👍
