Does anyone have any advice? We are really struggling with our internet connection. Everything online says it’s connected with no issues but we cannot stream from our FreeviewPlay.
I have rebooted, followed instructions on the app. We are actually supposed to be getting a really high speed & our price has increased but our connection is dire. Frustrating as at times both me and my partner are working from home.

I am not sure about "Freeview play" - but is this the only problem you are having?
That is... what is streaming like from other Apps and devices? And if poor - is this on ethernet as well as wifi connections ?
