The ref code you gave me (F008899035) is completely different from the one I have just been texted "Virgin Media Outage Update - ID: F008913681 We're pleased to tell you this issue is now fixed. Best wishes, the Virgin Media Team" I received this text at 2:15pm but unfortunately I had my mobile on aeroplane mode and 2:15 is when I switched aeroplane mode off so I can't tell exactly when I received the text..... but I was speaking to Virgin fault team all morning until this afternoon and they told me that they need until the 9th! Anyways the line is still trash nothing has changed
Hi havnt had any engineer come.... Virgin Media keep telling me a different story every time I ring them. Some tell me that the area outage will be fixed on the 9th, some claim there never has been an area outage yet I've recieved text messages saying the outage has now been fixed I'm absolutely sick of this BS now I think the only option left is to take legal action
Apologies for our delay in getting back to you. I have contacted our Networks Team and asked for them to check to see if there were any faults found on the external network, unfortunately they were unable to find any issues.
Can you please let us know if you are still affected by this issue? I am going to contact the Area Field Manager for your post code area and send over some data and your BQM to see what they advise. As soon as I do hear back I will pop back here.
