Nope they are telling me that they don't even have any knowledge of the engineer who is meant to work on the cabinet. After many years of telling me that their is no fault on the system or in the area they are now telling me that there is an issue in the area and they have told the team and will need 6-7 days for them to fix it. What can I do I'm trying to get them to cancel it but they keep saying even though they clearly know that they have an issue it's not enough to cancel the contract without a fee

I am sorry about this, and it sounds like your having a nightmare, I can see there is no area outage and everything looks fine but the recent BQM did show some drop outs, if you could do another one for another 24 hours I can send it over to the AFM, I will pop you over a message and you can send it to me there 🙂
