Router will not turn on.

My hub 2ac will not turn on. 

All the support is geared towards having a router that is on! I need this resolved ASAP. Does anyone know what I can do? 

I need to speak to a real person rather than a series of 'smart questions!

Call it in on 150 as a fault - the system will ask you to reboot then cut you off - Call back and it will detect that you need real help and connect you to a person!
