Router solid white light - no Wi-Fi

Hi my WiFi has been lost after being intermittent for past 24 hrs.  Grrrrrrr.   Router showing constant white light.   I have unplugged checked cables etc    Anyone have any ideas as I cannot get engineer appoint till next Thursday and it’s half term 🤯

Re: Router solid white light - no Wi-Fi

Do you still have network connectivity if you connect a computer/laptop to the Hub on an ethernet cable?

Re: Router solid white light - no Wi-Fi

For future reference, you can always check the "Service Status" for faults on either ”Area status webpage" (link at top right of this forum)

- or - the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues down to postcode level.
