Hi, the router has a permanent red light and has for a few weeks now. Have tried a quick reset and a long hold reset but neither helps.
Cables are all tight and the router is slightly warm but not hot.
Devices constantly disconnect and attempt to reconnect but this is slowly taking longer.
Can anyone help?

Apologies for the Hub issues experienced, we appreciate the concern the red light is causing and you raising this via the forums.
We’re eager to assist with this, I will send you a Private Message to get some more details from you so keep an eye out for the envelope in the top right when signed into the forums.
In the meantime, can you follow these steps:
• Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.
• Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location and out of direct sunlight, if possible.
• Switch the hub back on at the power. The Hub should now operate normally.
