Router not delivered

Joining in

I placed an order to join Virgin media two weeks ago. The expected router delivery was Aug 4th and I still haven't heard anything or received my router. Can you please confirm when I can expect this as I cannot access online help as I do not have an account number yet, nor can I get through on the telephone.
