Our router has not arrived and can't get anywhere on the phone with out an account number. Called a number of times and account can't be found with post code or email

You should receive an sms from yodel with delivery details.
Have you tried calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734? They should be able to update you,
They are open 8:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday
