So recently Virgin has been down in my area, and my router was flashing red, but now since its all back up in the area, my router flashes red, and then a yellowish colour for over an hour, anybody know what this could mean or had anything similar?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

What model of hub is it? You could try a pin hole reset, if no luck check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 this goes down to post code level. You could also try the web page status, but this is not recommended as it only covers issues that affect a very large number of customers.

There are 10 types of people: those who understand binary and those who don't and F people out of 10 who do not understand hexadecimal c1a2a285948293859940d9a49385a2

Apologies I missed that off , it's the hub 5, unfortunately I tried the pin hole reset and there seemed to be no improvement unfortunately

We can certainly take a look into that for you.

I will private message you now so I can get your details.
