Router keeps getting warmer

Hi my router keeps getting warmer each time I check on it. Is there anyway to ventilate it and/ or stop it over heating?

It is already out of direct sunlight and my Internet is fine. It has sufficient space for air to come in and out. I've only had it about a week.
