Hello,
My hub is showing a constant red light, and despite me resetting the router, leaving it unplugged for a while and trying other solutions, the red light returns. The router is warm to the touch but not super hot. The router is in an open space and has plenty of ventilation.
From what I've read, it appears I will need a replacement hub, but I could not see any way to do this other than to leave a message on the forum. If there is anything else I can try before a replacement is sent I am happy to try it, but the red light isn't going away (but thankfully I still have internet).
