Hi there,
I wanted to set up a new broadband account for my new address which I'm moving into next weekend but I wanted to get the router delivered to my current address. There's no one currently in the flat I'm moving into and I don't know the neighbours to ask them to look after the router. Is this possible? I couldn't see an option on the website to change delivery address.

Thanks for your post, welcome to the Community Forums!
I'm 99% sure that unfortunately, we'd be unable to send the equipment to an alternative address but we might be able to send the equipment to a Click and Collect point that's convenient for you. However, we cannot say for sure from here as we do not deal with new sales or movers from the forums.
If you are a brand new customer, the best thing to do would be to give our Sales Team a call and they will be able to answer any questions you have about the installation (0800 183 1234)
