[Bluewhite]

I have a Virgin router (no idea what kind it is… rectangular footprint. About 25cM high,  \-/ probably file, black, light strip near the top. Supposedly superfast blah blah). It’s worked fine for the past two months I’ve had it. But I just had a brief power cut and since it came back on, said light strip is flashing alternately fast blue and slow white. I’ve tried switching it off for a minute (again) and on again but that’s the extent of my technical expertise. I’d be grateful for any further suggestions before I Get a Man In.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your router recently. I've checked over things on our systems and I'm unable to detect any faults currently. Is this problem ongoing today? If it is, is it also impacting your connection?
