Router failed

Help!

Our old style VM router has completely failed so no broadband at all. WiFi just stopped and all lights are off despite checking all connections. Possibly the worst time to fail as we are both wfh. I can’t speak to anyone at virgin. Anyone have any ideas how to get a replacement or get help appreciated. Thanks Andy
