Router drops out every night

Like many others, my broadband drops out regularly.  Mine is usually between midnight and 1am so I don't always notice it (although others in the house do) but very annoying when streaming the NFL and it cuts out just s the game reaches its conclusion!

I've run the BQMs which show packet loss each evening - here is last night's

[url=https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality/share/5ecf2955fdb58d92a83285a48d9c8...

and my network logs show:

07/11/2020 00:48:36Warning!TCS Partial Service;CM-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CMTS-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;
07/11/2020 00:48:36Warning!Initializing Channel Timeout Expires - Time the CM can perform initial ranging on all upstream channels in the TCS has expired;CM-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CMTS-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;

Please can someone advise how to resolve this.

Thanks

Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/ or http://192.168.100.1 for modem mode . You shouldn't need log in, select the 'Check Router Status' option and paste your 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tabs? Please copy/paste this data as text, split between multiple posts (Sometimes you have to click 'Post' twice due to an error message).
