Our previous tenants had virgin media wifi, and our house has the router setup with the lights on but no wifi since there isn't a contract ongoing currently. How can we go about buying a monthly contract without having to pay the 30 pounds setup fee since we already have everything setup?
I haven't been able to get in contact with anyone with virgin media since I don't have an account number yet - very frustrating.

The previous tenants will need to return the HUB, as they'll be charged for failing to return it.
You cannot use it on a new account, you'll have to setup from scratch.

We actually had 'free' wifi for a month when we moved in but now it has stopped working. Does that mean maybe the previous' tenants contract just terminated now?
