Router Blown up by lightening, can’t book an engineer to come out

Long story short, our whole router and Ethernet system has been fried by lightening. Box won’t even turn on. There is no way on the website to book an engineer to come out, just says I need to plug my router back in (it is).

Been on hold to customer services for 2 hours too, not getting anyway. Useless website and awful customer service. How can I book an engineer to come out?

I’ve already tried this number, the automated system has already mis -classified my problem, then said I’ll get a reply within 24 hours. 

How can this company be so difficult to deal with? 😫
