I contract with ()simply Hosting & Servers for a 10 domain name server that provides me with a number of email accounts for different business and personal use. Have been with VM for a number of years and never had a single problem with any of these domains and email Inboxes. 48 hours ago I encountered a situation whereby I could not receive email, browse any of the relevant websites, connect via FTP services or puTTY. I have established that I can visit a number of "other" websites and by connecting via a neighbours TalkTalk router can access my own domain websites and retrieve my email. Have disabled antivirus protection and been unable to connect via VM network/router and believe that configuration of my router does not incorporate anything that I can see would cause such specific problems. In all cases it seems that connectivity is subject to "time out". The following is the traceroute result for one of my domains.

Trace complete.
I have exhausted my personal level of expertise in attempting to resolve this and get very little from VM support other than the continual advice that my router is "working as it should".
Any suggestions about what I might try next would be greatly appreciated.

The '***' are not a failure on the trace route only that node does not handle ICMP frame. You could try turning off websafe. Also it's possible that your VM IP is blocked at the target, you need to investigate this.

Many thanks for contribution. ISP provided with Winmtr output and after review have advised "You will have to talk to your provider about the issue as it is on their network that the faults are occurring".
Not finding it easy being the filling in the sandwich 🙂 - especially with relatively limited expertise in this field - but I shall try and persevere.
