Apart from pausing them one by one, is there any way of reading the info on the virgin app to tell which is which?
How are you viewing the connected devices - is this on the hub GUI or via an app? I'm guessing on the VM app.
It could be that the doorbell has been given different IP addresses over time, or has connected using 2.4 and 5 GHz and is therefore showing as different devices?
Login to the hub and look at the list of connected devices - how does it show up there. ?
