Returning kit

I have just received my returns packaging but I'm out of the country until mid December

Will this late return be acceptable as I've tried contacting Virgin but just spoke with the bot & got nowhere

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community. 

I wouldn't be able to 100% confirm but from the rough time frame a equipment charge maybe added to the account due to time frame. 

But once the equipment is returned, we can remove or refund any equipment charge.
