Return box

Hello,

I am leaving virgin media and I am waiting for my router return box.

When will I receive it? What do I have to do? Who do I have to contact?

Can please someone give me a call asap? My last day will be soon.

I gather there have been issues for some in returning kit...   Maybe a forum staff member can help

Have you checked <<< This link >>>  to make sure your equipment needs returning?

If the kit doesn't need returning there's also a link on the same page detailing local recycling points.

Returns packaging is usually sent out 10 days after the cancellation completes, although in some areas VM are arranging technicians to pick up equipment instead of sending out returns packaging. If a tech is picking up the equipment then the tech will send you an sms message.

Pardon?

I'm just trying to speak with someone that works at virgin media that can help!

It's embarrassing how hard is to contact them!!

If my box doesn't arrive I won't be sending my router and therefore they will try charge me which I won't allow.

Thank you for your post, as per the advise from Newapollo, could you check if the equipment needs returning? 

 

He has also correctly advised that it can take up to 10 days after your disconnection for the returns package to be sent out to you.

Hello,

My contract is finishing and a lady from virgin media told me I would be receiving a package to return the modem but I haven't yet and that was more than a month ago.

My contract will end on the 4th of May.

What should I do? I keep calling and I get disconnected.

It can take up to 10 days after disconnection to receive the package. 

 

You can also request a returns kit here
