I have tried to return my boosters as I no longer need them anymore, and do not wish to pay for a service I don't need. I called customer service multiple times to arrange for a prepaid package so I can return the boosters, but have still not received my package. I want to clear this up before my next billing cycle so I do not end up paying for something I am not using! Is there another process I can use to ensure this goes through? Thanks in advance.
