Return Kit NOT received and ordered 3 times

I have ordered the kit to return my router 3 times in the last month and I am not receiving it. 

I have also tried to contact the wonderful Virgin Media customer services and It has not been successful.

My experience with them has been so so bad that I am not even surprised. ]

Can anyone give me a solution? What can I do?

I don't want to be charged again and again and again.

 

Top 1 providing the worst experience.

Hi albertoparrado2, thanks for your post - apologies for the delay getting back to you.
