Resubscribed lost connection

My contract was due to expire in three weeks but I resubscrived this afternoon and upgraded my service. After confirming during live chat I lost connection. Two hours later I still don’t have a connection. Only white power light showing on Hub3.

At the end of a contract you’re not disconnected you just go into a rolling contract.

I was already on a rolling contract. I requested disconnection and it was due to end on 16 May. Then Virgin offered me a discounted deal which I accepted.
