Reset hub 4 settings password

Hi, for some reason when I type in the hub 4 password it keeps saying wrong password, but I dont remember changing it, how do you reset it?

as long as you have the sticker on the bottom of the hub with the default "settings" password, then just do a pinhole reset of the hub and it should revert to whatever is printed on the hub..

Hi mate, thanks for the reply, did a pinhole reset a few times over a span of a few days, and then typed in the password on the bottom of the hub but still keeps saying its wrong. The channels are split with 2.4 and 5 at the end of both channel names, will that make a difference to the password not working.

you're using the "settings" password, right? wifi password will not log you into the hub..

and no, splitting the bands will have no impact whatsoever on the password required to access the settings..

Yeah using the settings password, just keeps saying password not correct.

I did try the wifi password as well just incase but both of them not working at all.
