Res light on super hub 3

Hi, new to the forum. I noticed this red light on my super hub 3 for a few days now. Read on this forum a few tips to try and fix it but still it is on. Tried factory reset several times and turning off but to no avail. The wifi also keeps dropping on and off since the red light came on. Please help as really need fast and steady internet as working from home.

I have been able to load your account and can see that you have spoken to the team and been able to arrange a new hub to be sent out.

 

Have you been sent the tracking information for this? If not and you need information about your delivery, it can be found on your online account and clicking My Account and Track Your Order,
