All services were down this morning until 3pm ish. I was unable to report this as my phone has been switched to wifi and I didn't have access to a mobile.
I have recorded that I've been out of service for TV and broadband on the service status page but am unable to record that I've had no phone service. How can I do this?

As the phone is now on the VM VoIP system, they should know the phone is offline as well.

I understand that but it begs the question of how do I report a wifi fault to virgin when both the phone and Internet are down! My neighbour was out and I don't have a mobile.

That's the conundrum many people will face as more move to Digital Voice (VoIP) and the old PSTN networks are shut down.
