Report loss of service

How on earth do you report loss of service?

WhatsApp doesn’t have capacity, hold times are ridiculous and it says you can do it online but doesn’t include any links to do so.

Funny how when it comes to anything compensation related it’s very difficult to do…..

You should be able to do this via the free & automated status line 0800 5610061

Otherwise you will need to call in and wait.
