Hi,my Hub is not working since yesterday evening,I have got the Super Hub 1,which I believe is the oldest one.So no lights displaying,it is On and I have also tried the switch on the rear.
There is no option to order one online,have tried the phone,but could not reach a person.
How can I go about ordering a new hub,as my children are online learning and I would not want them missing work.Would appreciate any help here,thanks

I'm sorry to hear there's some issues with your hub,
I've been able to locate your account using your forum details and have arranged for new hub 3 to be sent, this should be with you within 3-5 days.
