Replacement hub

Hi, 

i ordered a replacement hub on Saturday and they said it would arrive Monday (today) but it has not, who do I contact to see when it will actually arrive ?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. I am sorry for the delayed reply.

 

If it was a fault replacement hub, then the timescales are 1-3 working days. If it's done via quickstart order, then the timescales are 2 working days minimum.
