In what way has is it deceased? VM forum staff can arrange a replacement if it's bust, but the majority of connection problems are cable network configuration issues rather than a faulty hub. If you get the hub replaced and its a network config issue, then problems will persist.

Sorry to hear you've been having some trouble with your hub, can you please expand on the exact issues you've been having and what state the hub is currently in? Is there no power going to it at all or are you just unable to connect?
