Replacement Hub

Hello,

My Hub has stopped working all of a sudden. Haven't damaged it myself as it's not been touched but it no longer turns on. I have tried different power inputs which hasn't worked so it is the router. I need a replacement urgently sent out to me as this is impacting my business. How do I do this, please?

quickest way is to ring VM

Otherwise a forum staff member may come along later

Sorry this has happened and also for the fact its having an adverse effect on your Business 

Although we don't advise suing a residential account for a Business, we can appreciate the need for a working service

I did check a few things and can see we have an engineer booked for today 

Can you please lest us know how this goes
