Replacement Hub - no connection

Hi. I’ve had drop outs and intermittent connections for the last few weeks and an engineer replaced the Hub 3.0 earlier.

he said it should be working after 4hrs but I can’t connect. 

it’s a solid white light - I can see the WiFi channel and join but it when loads up a log in page 

I get an ipv4 address not valid issue.

i can’t connect the help desk as they close at 8pm.

is there anything else I can do or do I have to wait until 8am and try then?

Have you rebooted the hub?
