Hello Virgin media customers and staff.
My Hub 3.0 is no longer turning on, there are no lights on the hub. I have checked to see the power is switched on obviously both at the mains and the hub itself.
I have tried phoning Virgin Media for a replacement but I've had no luck. Nor can I access my Virgin Media email I get the message "Your mailbox is not available at the moment"
My children cannot access their homework and cannot remote learn. I know this lockdown period is hard for everyone, but not having internet access is posing alot of challenges.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
